Dr. McCullough received his M.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine, class of 1997. He also completed internship, residency in Neurological Surgery, and a fellowship in Cerebrovascular and Skull Base surgery at St. Louis University. Dr. McCullough also served as Clinical Instructor in Neurological Surgery at St. Louis University prior to entering private practice in 2006.
